coordinate all efforts between the General Contractor, owners,
design firm and shippers of FF&E, etc.
The Management
of Hospitality Construction and Renovation will visit your
site throughout the term of your project, anticipate issues and
provide solutions for anything unforeseen. We will provide not only the understanding
and coordination of what the needs are, but we stay with your
project and "own your project" until final completion.
The option
also exists for Hospitality Construction and Renovation to
schedule the needed installation trades directly with hotel
management. If the project is more limited in its scope,
Hospitality Construction and Renovation is able to provide and
supervise the needed trades, like carpet installation, paint, tile
and stone installation, vinyl installation, and all other renovation
vendors with cost efficiency in mind.

of your PIP list, to working with qualified design professionals,
your property's future will require a professional's input at the
outset. We are able to recommend such leading professionals to match
your needs and budget, whether you operate an independent hotel or
branded property.
FURNITURE SOURCING - We have
developed excellent contact in the hospitality furniture
manufacturing/suppliers industry. By purchasing directly with these
manufacturers, we are able to offer greater discounts. We can also
offer complete refurbishment and liquidation.
CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION –
Use of leading qualified and experienced General Contractors with
experienced superintendents who can anticipate all factors. These
full service firms have extensive experience dealing successfully
with building inspectors, and who are able to pull basic permits.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Hospitality
Construction and Renovation may be contracted directly by the owner
or asset manager to help manage the project. We will be able to
assist in managing costs, avoid potential Change Orders, monitor
time tables and interact with local Building Department officials
and all related parties towards a successful completion.
